Late/No-Show Policy
You MUST arrive at your scheduled class 10-15 minutes before the course starts.
If a student arrives after the class has started, they will be denied entry into the course, and their payment is forfeited without a refund. American Heart Association (AHA) requires that you attend the entire course; you may NOT come late or leave early.
Students that ‘no-show’ will have their payment forfeited without a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelations that occur seven days prior to the class start may reschedule* OR receive a full refund.
Cancellations that occur within the week leading up to the program and no more than 72 hours prior to the course may reschedule* OR receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations that occur less than 72 hours prior to the course may reschedule*. NO refund will be given.
ODEMSA reserves the right to cancel a class due to weather conditions, low enrollment, or any uncontrollable circumstances. We will make an effort to provide another date for students to choose from should this occur.

Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens, so you may reschedule your class one time as a courtesy. Any subsequent rescheduling after the first time will be charged an additional $25 rescheduling fee.
A rescheduled class must occur within 60 days of the original course date. Classes may fill quickly for dates, and rescheduled students will NOT take precedence over others that wish to register. For this reason, ODEMSA cannot guarantee rescheduled students a place in a class within the allotted rescheduled timeframe though we will attempt to accommodate as many students as possible.
Please contact us prior to registering if you have any questions/concerns.
