Providers should call the Patient Distribution Center at the number below and select Option 1. 1-800-276-0683 Until further notice, the ODEMSA Region has been placed on Stage 2- "RED" Diversion Status. This means there are 5 or more hospitals on similar diversions in the region. This status change does NOT mean hospitals are closed, it is a normal measure that the region has in place to assure regional hospital saturation levels remain as manageable as possible.

UPDATE: As of 5:00 PM, 01/05/2021, the Hospital Diversion status has been downgraded and normal operations may resume. Until further notice, the ODEMSA Region has been placed on Stage 2-"RED" Diversion Status. Providers should call the Patient Distribution Center.

The Preceptor Training for Accredited Programs (PTAP) is intended for preceptors who will be precepting EMS students from the region's accredited programs. The Preceptor Training for Accredited Programs (PTAP) is not intended to be used to precept EMS providers seeking field clearance at their respective agency. If you plan on working with students from an accredited program you will need to complete this online training program.
